Once you have your body moving away from danger while striking not blocking; stabs, slashes and strikes should be explored to fit your style and ability. Focusing on specific âKillâ target points, that are very difficult to get at fight speed are best achieved through volume of strikes after the attacker has been diminished.Your attack should be filled with true violence not targets. Remember your body intrinsically knows how to deliver pain, damage and death. Because its own nature is bound by these fears of destruction; instead of allowing that fear to be manifested; truly express that fear upon your attacker.
Your violence needs to be trained just as you train to punch or kick. Violent thoughts should be treated as another tool in the tool shed; your violence is the gasoline can that runs all of the power tools. Being able to visualize violent, painful and frightening things that can activate your âfight or Flightâ response is not very difficult. One example that often makes my hands start to shake is the visualization of a large blade splitting my eyeball open as my occular fluid squirts out. The imagery is my emotional response that connects my response reflex to my next action. Violence is simply a perception of reality.Your violence is personal and more important than trying to move a certain way some Guru says is the âtrueâ way; what a pity people fall into that.
